My collage reflects Will Traynor’s journey, the life he once had and the life he wanted for Louisa. The images of Paris remind me of his past adventures, the freedom he lost but never stopped dreaming about. The pictures of him and Lou, along with the wheelchair, show the contrast between who he was before and who he became. Despite everything, he still wanted Lou to experience the world the way he once did. The words “Live Well.” are his final gift—a reminder to embrace life, love, and adventure, just as he would have.

SINIGANG (Performance Task)

Reflection

The story Sinigang by Marie Aubrey J. Villaceran teaches us about family, betrayal, and acceptance. Liza, the main character, struggles with the pain of her father’s infidelity, which changes the way she sees him. She feels hurt and disappointed, but despite everything, she learns to deal with the truth.

The dish sinigang is a perfect symbol for the story. Just like its sour taste, the truth can be hard to accept. But in the end, sinigang is also warm and comforting, reminding us that even painful experiences can help us grow.

This story teaches us that while we cannot control the actions of others, we can choose how to respond. Liza’s journey shows that acceptance and forgiveness take time, but they are important steps toward healing.
